Anna Perez, FNP

Family Nurse Practitioner

Anna Perez is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong focus on preventative care, guided by the belief that true healing addresses the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Her approach to care is rooted in compassion, faith, and a deep sense of service.

Her healthcare journey began through hands-on experience as a registered nurse in the hospital setting, where she worked across multiple departments caring for adult populations. Those years on the floor, along with her roles as an RN student preceptor and telephone triage nurse, shaped not only her clinical skills but also her heart for teaching, mentorship, and patient advocacy.

Through this professional journey, she came to see firsthand how powerful prevention and lifestyle modification can be in improving long-term health outcomes and overall quality of life. That insight continues to guide her work today as a Family Nurse Practitioner, where education, encouragement, and accountability are central to the care she provides.

Her clinical style is welcoming, nonjudgmental, and deeply caring. She strives to create a safe space where patients feel seen, heard, and supported; never rushed or dismissed. Collaboration is key, and she works closely with patients and team members alike to help individuals make informed, empowered choices about their health.

What makes Anna’s approach uniquely integrative is her faith-centered perspective. She views her work as a calling and her role as an opportunity to serve others in alignment with God’s will. This spiritual foundation informs the way she practices medicine, approaching each patient with humility, intention, and a sincere desire to do what is best for them.

For her, success is not measured solely by numbers or outcomes, but by being a true resource to others and helping cultivate goodness and balance in mind, body, and spirit. Healing, she believes, happens when people feel cared for with both wisdom and heart.

Outside of the clinic, Anna finds balance through staying physically active with running and weightlifting, spending quality time with her family, and nurturing her spiritual life through regular Mass. She values being present as a mother and makes space for intentional connection, whether that’s getting outdoors, planning monthly date nights, or simply slowing down. And while many are surprised to learn it, she has a twin brother.

To her, living an authentic life means keeping God at the center of everything she does, personally and professionally.

“I believe my work is a calling—to serve others with faith, care, and accountability.”
